HOW THE REVIEW WORKS

Evidence first, with limits made visible

INSPIRE Review analyses only what is present in the materials you provide. It selects relevant summaries from the INSPIRE Evidence Toolkit, distinguishes observation from interpretation, and treats “not enough information” as a valid outcome. It is designed for developmental reflection, not staff performance appraisal.
